https://ejournal.uimsya.ac.id/index.php/JESDar/article/view/5491

This study aims to analyze the application of contracts in the Shopee PayLater feature from the perspective of fiqh muamalah, and to identify its compliance with Islamic sharia principles, particularly regarding the qardh contract and the prohibition of riba. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research type and a normative-juridical approach. Primary data sources include the Qur'an, Hadith, fiqh muamalah books, as well as DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 concerning Al-Qardh. The results show that the contract used in Shopee PayLater tends to be a qardh contract, but is accompanied by additional conditions in the form of installment interest that benefits the service provider, thus deviating from the provisions of a valid qardh contract. The installment interest determined at the beginning of the contract falls into the category of riba qardh, while the 5% late fee falls into the category of riba jahiliyah that does not comply with the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Structurally, Shopee PayLater is not fully in accordance with the principles of fiqh muamalah because it contains elements of riba, does not fulfill the principle of justice, and lacks transparency in cost details. Exceptions apply to users who choose the full payment 1-month tenor and settle their obligations on time because no additional costs are charged.

Keywords: Shopee PayLater, Fiqh Muamalah, Qardh Contract
Laura Ana Susanto, Mukhtar Hanif Zamzami

https://ejournal.uimsya.ac.id/index.php/JESDar/article/view/5527

In recent years, the issue of sustainability has become a major concern worldwide. The Triple Bottom Line (TBL) concept serves as a foundation for sustainable business. However, this concept does not encompass moral and spiritual dimensions. Therefore, Islamic business ethics serves to complement and strengthen the pursuit of more comprehensive business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the implementation of TBL and Islamic business ethics, as well as their integration in supporting business sustainability at CV. Artha Boga Indonesia. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. The results show that CV. Artha Boga Indonesia has implemented the people, planet, and profit aspects, although their implementation is not yet optimal, particularly in solid waste segregation and the use of single-use plastics. The principles of Islamic business ethics, including tawhid, justice, free will, and responsibility, have also been implemented, although more consistent supervision is still required. The integration of TBL and Islamic business ethics forms a stronger sustainability model encompassing a just economy, a society oriented toward maslahah, the environment as an amanah (trust), and halal and blessed profits.

Keywords: Triple Bottom Line, Islamic Business Ethic, Business Sustainability
Ainun Nafisatur Rohmah, Nurul Fatma Hasan

This quantitative study examines the influence of online shopping experience and trust on Shopee customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Data was collected from 200 active Shopee users through online questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Analysis employed multiple linear regression and the Sobel test for mediation. The findings reveal that online shopping experience and trust significantly and positively affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Importantly, customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between both online shopping experience and trust on customer loyalty. These results imply that Shopee must enhance user experience and build consumer trust to foster satisfaction, which in turn drives long-term customer loyalty in Indonesia's competitive e-commerce market.

Keywords: Online Shopping Experience, Trust, Customer Satisfaction
Nurin Qurrotul Aini, Siti Nur Kholisah

https://ejournal.uimsya.ac.id/index.php/JESDar/article/view/5484

The development of financial technology (fintech) has brought significant transformation to the banking industry, including Islamic banks. This study aims to analyze the role and impact of fintech on the operations of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study, this research examines various aspects of fintech adoption in Islamic bank operations. The results show that fintech plays an important role in improving the operational efficiency of Islamic banks through process automation, service digitalization, and risk management optimization. The positive impact of fintech adoption is reflected in the improvement of financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA), expansion of access to Islamic financial services, and increased customer satisfaction. However, fintech implementation in Islamic banks faces significant challenges, including compliance with sharia principles, limited digital infrastructure, human resource gaps, and regulatory frameworks that have not fully supported. This study recommends strengthening collaboration among stakeholders, improving digital literacy, and developing adaptive regulations to create a sustainable sharia fintech ecosystem
Wike Novia Elwi, Sopiyatun
