Mukhtar Syafaat (UIMSYA) Blokagung Kabupaten Banyuwangi Provinsi Jawa Timur Indonesia. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit setahun dua kali setiap Bulan <strong>Mei</strong> dan <strong>November</strong>.</p> <p><em><strong>LOYALITAS </strong><strong>Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat</strong></em> memberikan informasi tentang berbagai kegiatan dari kelompok masyarakat dalam mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan dan permasalahan yangada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra dalam suatu kelembagaan serta instansi terkait.</p> <p>Jika naskah yang dikirimkan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau ditulis dalam format yang berbeda, itu akan <strong>DITOLAK</strong> oleh editor sebelum ditinjau lebih lanjut. Mukhtar Syafaat (UIMSYA) en-US LOYALITAS: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat 2621-4679 Diseminasi Pemanfaatan Animaker sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif bagi Generasi Alpha di SDN Wadas IV Karawang https://ejournal.uimsya.ac.id/index.php/loyal/article/view/4301 <p><em>This community service aims to describe the process of dissemination and utilization of Animaker as an interactive learning media for the Alpha generation at SDN Wadas IV Karawang, as well as its impact on teacher competency and learning quality. The activity was carried out through a series of lectures, discussions, and practices involving 18 elementary school teachers in a workshop on the use of Animaker. Primary data were obtained from observations, pretest-posttest, discussion notes, and Animaker media products produced by teachers, while secondary data came from school documents and literature related to digital media and the Alpha generation. Descriptive analysis showed an increase in the average score of teachers from 72.77 (pretest) to 77.77 (posttest), which indicates a strengthening of teachers' knowledge and skills in designing and integrating animated visual media in learning. Teachers experienced a change in perception, from viewing animation as mere entertainment to a strategic pedagogical medium to bridge abstract concepts and learning characteristics of the Alpha generation. The program focuses on three main aspects: production, business management, and digital marketing. The background problem identified includes the underutilization of fish waste with high collagen content, limited technical knowledge in hygienic production, lack of business management capability, and absence of product branding and digital marketing skills. Through this program, a comprehensive empowerment model was implemented combining training, technology adoption, and mentoring for sustainable women-led entrepreneurship. The applied methods consist of socialization, technical training on collagen extraction and formulation of natural scrub products, managerial workshops on micro-enterprise management, and digital marketing training for social media and marketplace engagement. The program also facilitated equipment provision and business legality registration (NIB, P-IRT). The outcomes include: the establishment of a community-based micro business group, production of collagen scrub products, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and sanitation, product branding and packaging designs, and the creation of online marketing channels (Shopee and Instagram). The economic impact is reflected in the increased household income of PKK members and reduced organic waste in the community. Socially, it strengthens women's participation and gender equality in local economic development. The main problems identified include low reading comprehension, limited vocabulary mastery, and the absence of sustainable literacy culture among students. The mentoring strategy involved workshops for teachers, development of literacy modules, classroom mentoring, student literacy projects, and creative media integration. The implementation demonstrated significant improvements in students’ reading ability (38%), writing accuracy (41%), and vocabulary acquisition (25–35 new words per student). The program also produced creative outputs such as Arabic literacy corners, vocabulary posters, and student-made Arabic mini anthologies. Initial assessments revealed two critical challenges faced by the community: limited financial management skills at both individual and collective levels, and the absence of a formal business plan to guide potential economic initiatives. To address these issues, the project introduced two tailored knowledge-based interventions: a Financial Literacy Module and a Community Business Plan Template. The program was implemented through three key stages: program socialization, capacity-building workshops, and follow-up mentoring. Training sessions focused on basic financial management—including budgeting, cash flow recording, and expenditure planning—and on constructing a feasible business plan appropriate to the community’s economic potential. Post-training mentoring demonstrated significant improvements, with participants beginning to apply systematic financial recording practices and producing a draft community business plan that reflects their developing entrepreneurial understanding. This activity was carried out at Tunas Ceria Trimoharjo Kindergarten involving students and teachers. The method of this activity includes teacher training in utilizing and using audio-visual media, mentoring the implementation of the use of media in literature learning, and evaluating student involvement and understanding. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in student interest in learning literature, understanding of story content, retelling skills, creativity in expression, and involvement in discussions. The use of audio-visual media has been proven to increase student interest in the learning process, improving student understanding in appreciating literary works. This community service program aims to share knowledge and implement methods for strengthening religious character in students at the Raudatussalam Kindergarten (TPA) and identify supporting factors and obstacles encountered in its implementation. The results of the activity indicate that strengthening religious character in the Raudatussalam Kindergarten is implemented through the inculcation of religious values ??in daily school activities, teachers' exemplary religious behavior, and the integration of religious values ??into the learning process and non-academic activities. Key supporting factors include educator commitment, a conducive TPA environment, and parental involvement in student character development. Obstacles identified include limited learning time and differences in students' religious backgrounds. This community service activity aims to improve employees’ understanding through training on the use of a web-based LPJU management information system. The method used was a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest–posttest design. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding, indicated by the average pretest score of 61.8 which increased to 83.4 in the posttest. In addition, the Likert scale questionnaire results indicated that the system had good acceptance in terms of ease of use, data management efficiency, and system usefulness. This storytelling training aims to improve the skills of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) teachers in using the storytelling method as a tool to stimulate early childhood language development. The purpose of this activity is to help Teachers of early children education &nbsp;have storytelling skills to stimulate language. The activity was carried out at Teacher Unity of IGRA Banjarsari District, Surakarta, and involved 19 participants from six RA institutions. The methods used in the training include lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in storytelling skills among teachers, as well as a positive impact on children's language development. This article describes the training process, evaluation results, and its impact on the quality of learning in RA. Initial observations revealed weaknesses in understanding reading materials and conveying information orally. As a solution, the service team conducted a storytelling program using an interactive approach. The results of the activity showed significant improvement in several aspects. Students who could speak fluently, expressively, with clear intonation, demonstrated deep understanding of the story, and showed high confidence received scores ranging from 90–100 (excellent). Students who spoke fairly fluently and expressively, understood the story, and showed enthusiasm during the storytelling activity received scores between 80–89 (good). Students who were able to tell stories with proper structure but still showed hesitation or minor errors in vocabulary and pronunciation received scores between 70–79 (fair). Students who lacked confidence, often paused while telling stories, and had limited understanding of the story received scores between 60–69 (poor). The background of this activity is the increasing use of informal language, excessive abbreviations, and impolite expressions in adolescents’ digital conversations. The implementation method involves participatory training, including the delivery of linguistic materials, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in analyzing and revising WhatsApp conversation samples. The training materials focus on understanding language politeness, appropriate word choice, sentence structure, and contextual language use in digital communication. The results indicate an improvement in adolescents’ awareness and understanding of the importance of using polite and context-appropriate Indonesian. Participants were able to distinguish between formal and informal language varieties and apply them appropriately in WhatsApp communication. This activity contributes positively to the development of polite language attitudes while strengthening the role of applied linguistics in fostering Indonesian language use among adolescents.</em></h3> Sugiarti M.
