Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the form of resilience carried out by the Darussalam Blokagung pesantren elite in maintaining the existence of Islamic education in the era of disruption (2) analyze the strategic efforts to maintain resilience by the elite pesantren of Darussalam Blokagung in maintaining the existence of Islamic education in the era of disruption (3) analyze supporting and inhibiting factors for the resilience of the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in maintaining the existence of Islamic education in the era of disruption. The results of the study show that there is a form of resilience carried out by the Darussalam Blokagung pesantren elite in maintaining the existence of Islamic education in the era of disruption, the resilience of the pesantren elite has several strategies in the form of efforts to complete formal education units, taking part in national festivals, studying ihya' ulumuddin throughout the archipelago, MOU with other institutions both national and international, developing foreign languages, developing agricultural cultivation, developing carpentry skills, developing mechanic skills, developing Islamic boarding schools, etc. The research approach used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research type because the data used are data that are not numbers and are descriptive of the results of the research in response to the formulation of the research problem in the form of an explanation of what is seen, heard, felt, and asked related objects to obtain data in fact with key informants Head of Education and Teaching and Quality Assurance Institutions, while supporting informants were school principals, madrasa heads, Islamic boarding school heads both male and female. Data analysis in this study used three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation and decision making. The validity of the data in this study used data triangulation.
