Peer Review

Every manuscript submitted to Leadership: Educational Leadership Journal will undergo a rigorous and independent peer review process by at least three expert reviewers in the relevant field of study. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript is made based on the comprehensive recommendations of the reviewers. Under certain circumstances, the editor has the authority to appoint additional reviewers to ensure objectivity, academic quality, and scientific integrity before publication.
