About the Journal

Journal Educational Management Journal is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original and significant contributions to the fields of educational management, administration, and leadership from around the world. This journal covers basic research in schools as well as vocational and higher education institutions. The contributions presented can be conceptual or empirical, provided that the main focus is on management or organization in education. Although the journal's primary interest is in organizational behavior and management in education, it is also interested in topics such as leadership, public relations, human resource management, social issues in management, financial management, organizational development, and critical management studies. Authors are strongly encouraged to obtain peer review before submitting their articles for formal editorial review.
