Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Darussalam (JMPID), managed by the Journal Center of Universitas KH. Mukhtar Syafaat, provides an opportunity for readers, researchers, and the academic community to submit responses, critiques, inquiries, or engage in scholarly discussion regarding published articles. This policy aims to foster constructive academic dialogue, enhance the quality of scholarly publications, and uphold the accuracy and integrity of the published knowledge.

1. Submission of Responses and Discussion
Readers may submit responses or critiques concerning published articles through the journal’s official communication channels, such as the editorial email address or the comment and discussion features available on the journal’s website. Responses must be articulated in a courteous manner, supported by logical arguments, and substantiated by relevant evidence or scholarly references.

2. Editorial Review
All received responses will be reviewed by the editorial team to ensure their scholarly relevance, substantive accuracy, and adherence to academic ethics. Submissions must be free from insults, discrimination, or unsubstantiated allegations. If necessary, the editors may seek input from independent experts or invite the author(s) of the article in question to provide a response.

3. Author’s Right of Reply
Authors are granted a fair opportunity to respond to critiques or inquiries concerning their work. Such responses must be presented professionally, grounded in scholarly evidence, and devoid of personal attacks. The editorial team may publish the author’s response alongside the reader’s comments or as a separate publication, subject to editorial policy and discretion.

4. Publication of Scholarly Discussion
If a response is deemed to offer a significant scholarly contribution, *Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Darussalam* (JMPID) may publish it as a "letter to the editor," a scholarly commentary, an author’s response, or in another appropriate format. Any discussion-based manuscript intended for publication must undergo an editorial evaluation and, where necessary, a peer-review process.

5. Handling of Identified Errors or Ethical Misconduct
Should post-publication discussions reveal alleged substantial errors, data inaccuracies, plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or other forms of research misconduct, the editorial team will conduct a further investigation based on the available evidence. If necessary, the journal may issue a correction, an expression of concern, or a retraction, depending on the findings of the investigation and in accordance with applicable publication ethics guidelines.

6. Ethical Principles and Transparency
The entire post-publication discussion process is conducted based on the principles of objectivity, transparency, fairness, respect for differing opinions, and academic responsibility. Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Darussalam (JMPID) strives to ensure that scholarly discussions remain open and constructive, while upholding confidentiality, the rights of all involved parties, and the integrity of the editorial process.
